Eryn’s Reception

It was an honour to be able to do Eryn’s hair for her big day. Eryn requested for a bun up style similar to Yvette’s Chinese traditional ‘kua’ hairstyle that I did a few weeks ago. She wanted her fringe to be smoothed down her forehead and tucked behind neatly. Her long veil and diamond crown totally elevated her entire look. Yvette & Melvin 18.11.18 Morning Ceremony

Yvette wanted a curled and loose messy updo for her “kua” traditional costume. To add some modern into this whole look, I picked these fresh eucalyptus and rose as her hair piece. For the makeup, she wanted a light natural makeup look as she still wanted to look like herself on her big day. I finished off by adding a bright red lip to tie the whole look together ❤️🌹❤️🌹

Cyrena & Daniel ðŸŒ¹

What a beautiful wedding that took place in the Eastern and Oriental Hotel Penang. Cyrena wanted a tanned and golden skin with straight sleek hair for her tea ceremony look and then requested for a high curled ponytail for her second dress change. Love when a bride knows exactly what she wants. ❤️

Glam Queen

I gave Melody a nice soft vintage Hollywood wave to complement her nude mermaid vintagey dress. I made sure her skin looks just like skin (not cake!) dewy and fresh with her eyes smokey and a coral salmon lippie. She looked and felt so beautifully glamorous that night. I am so in love with this whole look ❤️ !

Princess Bride

Melody wanted to feel like a princess on her wedding day. Her dress was a beautiful lace off the shoulder with sparkly little diamonds on the gown and it was like tiny stars every time she move. It’s also got a long 3 meter train on the back (almost like Princess Diana’s wedding dress) and therefore to complete her extravagant dress, I let her hair down, gave her some nice soft waves and soft smokey eyes with lots of lashes and finish off with a nude pink lip.

To complete the whole princess vibe, she made sure I put on a diamond crown on top of her veil 👸🏻👰🏻

Nyonya Kebaya 👰🏻

A gorgeous bride that fell in love with Penang wanted to have her wedding here in this beautiful UNESCO heritage hotel in Georgetown. Wearing a traditional custom made Nyonya Kebaya costume as her wedding dress, I gave her a low messy updo and a very natural makeup look.

Makeup isn’t a mask that covers your beauty; it’s a weapon that helps you express who you are from the inside.

You want to look like the best version of yourself on your wedding day.
